Terms of Service
Last updated: 31 October 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Hacker Blueprint ("Hacker Blueprint", "we", "us"). They cover the website at hackerblueprint.com (the "Site"), the Hacker Blueprint video academy hosted on Whop (the "Academy"), the downloadable methodology notes and Active Directory lab environments sold through Buy Me a Coffee (the "Downloads"), and the Hacker Blueprint Discord community (the "Community"). Together these are the "Services".
By using the Site, purchasing anything from us, or joining the Community, you agree to these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, the VM Licence and Safety Notice, the Refund and Cancellation Policy, the Community Guidelines and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Who we are and how to contact us
Hacker Blueprint is an independent online training platform for offensive security and certification preparation. You can reach us at hacking.academy@protonmail.com. Our Legal Notice has more contact details.
2. Who can use the Services
You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us, create an Academy account, download our lab environments, or join the Community. The Services teach offensive security techniques and are not intended for minors. By using the Services you confirm you are 18 or older. If we learn that a user is under 18 we will close their access and refund any unused purchase.
You must also be legally allowed to receive the Services in your country. If local law prohibits you from possessing or using security testing tools or training, you may not use the Services.
3. Accounts and access
Academy access is provided through Whop. Your Whop account, its login and its security are governed by Whop's own terms. Keep your credentials private. Access is for you alone. You may not share, lend, sell or transfer your account or your access, and you may not let anyone else use it.
We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if you attempt to circumvent access controls, or if we are required to by law or by a platform we depend on. Where a suspension is our decision and not caused by your breach, we will refund the unused part of your purchase.
4. Purchases, prices and payment
Academy plans are sold through Whop. The plans, their prices and what they include are shown on our pricing page at the time you buy. Whop processes your payment, hosts your access, and collects and remits applicable sales tax and VAT on our behalf. Prices shown on the Site exclude tax; the exact tax for your location is shown at checkout.
Downloads (methodology notes, individual lab chains, and bundles) are sold through Buy Me a Coffee. Buy Me a Coffee processes your payment and delivers the files. Prices for Downloads are shown before you pay.
Your purchase is also subject to the terms of the platform you buy on: Whop's Buyer Terms or Buy Me a Coffee's Terms. If those terms conflict with ours about payment processing, theirs apply to the payment; ours apply to the content and your use of it.
We may change prices at any time. Changes do not affect purchases you have already made. For a subscription, a price change takes effect at your next renewal after we have told you about it.
5. Access periods, trials and renewals
- Monthly plan: starts with a free trial period shown at checkout. When the trial ends, the plan renews automatically each month until you cancel.
- 3-Month plan: renews automatically every three months until you cancel.
- One-time plans (such as the plan currently sold as "Lifetime"): a single payment for the access period stated on the pricing page and at checkout at the time of purchase, with no renewals.
- Downloads: a single payment. You keep the files you downloaded. Updates to notes and labs are provided as described on the product page.
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your Whop account (Hacker Blueprint, then Manage Membership, then Leave). You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for and are not charged again. Cancellation and refund details are in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
6. Your right to cancel (consumers in the EU, EEA and UK)
If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK you have a legal right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content within 14 days, unless you asked for the content to be delivered immediately and acknowledged that you lose the withdrawal right once delivery begins. Our own 30-day money-back guarantee is longer than that statutory period and applies to every first purchase, so in practice you are covered either way. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
7. Licence to use our content
Everything we provide (videos, notes, slides, lab environments, scripts, walkthroughs, text, images and the Site itself) is owned by Hacker Blueprint or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and other laws.
When you buy or receive access we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the content for your own learning. You may not:
- copy, record, download (except where we provide a download), reproduce or redistribute the content;
- share, resell, sublicense, rent or publicly show the content, or make it available to anyone else, including inside a company or a school unless you have a group licence from us;
- remove or change any copyright or ownership notice;
- use the content, or anything derived from it, to create a competing product or course;
- use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download the Services.
Lab environments carry extra terms in the VM Licence and Safety Notice.
Group, team and institutional licences are agreed separately in writing. If you have one, the written agreement takes priority over this section where they differ.
8. Acceptable use
The Services teach techniques that can cause serious harm if misused. You agree to the Acceptable Use Policy. In short: only use what you learn on systems you own or have written permission to test, never against anyone else, and never in breach of the law. Breaking this rule ends your access without refund and may be reported to the authorities.
9. Third-party platforms and trademarks
Whop, Buy Me a Coffee, Discord, Vimeo, YouTube and Cloudflare are independent companies with their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control them and are not responsible for their availability or conduct.
OSCP® and OSCP+™ are trademarks of OffSec. Hacker Blueprint is an independent training provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OffSec. All content is our own original material and contains no OffSec course, lab, or exam content. We are not affiliated with any other certification body either. Other certification names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe what our material prepares you for. You must not share with us or anyone else any actual exam content.
10. No guarantee of exam results or employment
We work hard to make our material effective, and many students have passed their exams with it. Even so, exam outcomes depend on you. We do not promise that you will pass any exam, obtain any certification, or get any job. Testimonials on the Site are individual experiences and are not a promise of your results.
11. Changes to the Services
The Services evolve. We may add, change, replace or remove content and features. Where we remove something significant from a plan you have already paid for, we will offer a fair alternative or a proportionate refund. We may stop offering the Academy or the Site entirely; if we do, we will give reasonable notice where we can and refund any unused prepaid subscription period.
12. Availability
We aim to keep the Site and the Academy available but cannot promise uninterrupted access. The Academy runs on Whop and the Site on Cloudflare; outages on those platforms are outside our control. Downloadable lab environments run on your own hardware and their performance depends on your setup.
13. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we do not make any warranties, express or implied, including about accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Security techniques change quickly; some material may become outdated. Lab environments are deliberately vulnerable and must be run in isolation as described in the VM Licence and Safety Notice.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty or right that cannot be excluded under the law of your country, including your statutory rights as a consumer that digital content is as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or damage to your systems arising from your use of the Services, including from running a lab environment.
- Our total liability to you for any claim connected with the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. If you are a consumer, nothing here removes your statutory rights.
15. Your responsibility to us
If your breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy causes a claim against us by a third party, you agree to cover our reasonable costs and losses arising from that claim, to the extent the law allows.
16. Ending these Terms
You can stop using the Services at any time. Cancelling a subscription is described in section 5. We may end your access as described in section 3. Sections 7, 8, 9, 13, 14, 15 and 18 continue to apply after your access ends.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. For material changes we will post a notice on the Site or email Academy members through Whop at least 14 days before the change takes effect. If you keep using the Services after that date, the new Terms apply. If you do not agree with a material change, you may cancel and we will refund any unused prepaid period.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where Hacker Blueprint's operator is established. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country.
Before going to court, please email us. Most problems can be solved quickly and informally.
19. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours to a successor that takes over the Services. These Terms, together with the policies linked at the top, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Services.
